Hello everyone that voted for the Climate Action Club in the Best Buy @15 Community Impact Challenge! We have officially won a grand prize of $5000 due entirely to your voting! That’s right- we were one of the top five teams with the most votes. Each and every one of them added up and we ended in 3rd place. You brought us from 7th to 3rd- thank you! We’ll keep you updated here as we begin the process of finding a matching grant and beginning the research, purchase, and eventual installation of our solar panels!
WE DID IT!
Thanks to you, our faithful supporters, THE CLIMATE ACTION CLUB HAS WON $5000!!! We will use the money to install solar panels on our school. This will not only provide Lincoln Academy with a source of clean renewable energy for decades to come, but it will also inspire other schools and communities to install alternative energy sources for themselves.

Thank you to those who have voted for the Climate Action Club! We are currently in 7th place with 1302 votes, but we need to get into the top 5—which is just 100 votes away!
